Valentine’s Day and Weekend Motivation

I've got a lot on my plate right now. But for some friggin reason, I'm motivated to do what I can. 

That and today is Valentine's Day. I also like to say that is's Bark-lentine's, or Paw-lentine's. Furent at heart here. 

So I have decided to order a box of doughnuts from Mine Time Cafe and have them delivered here, with a Valentine's card of course. I just chose a simple card that says I Love You, and I'm laughing over the last card that says "Ma, Pinabili Lang Ni Papa To Sa Akin". 

The trick there is to buy some doughnuts for Carl so that I can eat them later lol.

The reason that I'm motivated right now is that for some reason, I was productive yesterday. I got a lot done and I'm intent on doing the work for my paper this weekend until I get it done. Slowly but surely, I will get there. I am cheering myself on...

Another thing that's making me positive is that I am slowly buying laptop accessories online and waiting for them to arrive. I saw this nice keyboard protector for the MacBook and decided to check it out, as well as a tote bag that I can use in the meantime. I want to replace  my large black backpack, maybe have it cleaned and train myself not to carry heavy stuff all the time. 

Now I'm stalking phone stand accessories. But I also know that I should be saving money. Well I did save my money for doughnuts this week hahaha.

This weekend I'm looking forward to new books to read over the weekend. So what I'm doing now is downloading free ePubs online and then side loading them to my Pink Nook for reading later on. I'm on the second book of Crazy Rich Asians- China Rich Girlfriend, and the first few chapters are hilarious. 

Do I still want a colored ebook reader? Yes, but I guess I have to save more on the side for that. Who knows, the quality of colored ebook readers will improve in the future, and I can definitely get one for myself.
