ZC Had Its Very First Planner Meet…

And only five people showed up, not including our escorts LOL.

So in our group messenger alone, we all decided and picked on the venue to meet in. We settled on Third Cup Café in LM Hotel, Tetuan. We also brought small gifts to share with our new friends.

It was an afternoon of getting to know and also working on our journal pages, planners and simply getting messy.

As for food, we ordered snacks like cheesecake, nachos overload and coffee to munch while waiting for the glues and glitters to dry on our creative projects.

We spent hours and hours talking and crafting and before heading on home, piled all our planners and notebooks to take a photo of our obligatory (?) planner tower.

Even if we know that crafting can be a bit messy, we did clean up after so that the café can allow us to come back when we shall decide to meet again in the future.

I came home with gifts from new friends and I also hope they enjoyed the ones that I brought too. It was a good experience and I hope to be a part of the next one, hopefully with more members too.

I Hijacked These People And Here's Where We've Been!

I hijacked some of my friends with me over the weekend so that we could go to the Ecozone grounds and take a look at some of the Boy Scout activities that took place there. Even if we weren't expecting to stay the night, we still managed and had quite the time of our lives. We even witnessed three subcamps of Boy Scouts dancing to the animation of Gummy Bear and they were all so cute! It was too dark to take a video though. Another rare sight was seeing them all gather for a Boodle Fight dinner (again, photos were too dark).

But I'm still grateful that I had company for the evening and we talked and ate a lot. We had to walk from point A to point B and I really had to drag them all over the place since I was showing them around.

We got to explore the Water Park at sunset. Photo Opp!

I think that all of the bed sheets provided for us were in pink, one Hello Kitty fan was really happy... They were learning to make their own beds over here LOL.

I guess you can say that I spent much time in the Tiangge Tiangge... Like waaaay too much time...

This foot-long marshmallow just cost Php 5 and it's super gooey.

I got to witness this man cook fresh, hot piyaya in two flavors (note the bucayo and ube varieties) and learned that they came all the way from Bacolod. You get hot piyaya for only Php 7 each.

I had fun with my companions but I was constantly thinking about those who weren't able to go, specifically the ones who were tied up at work and other activities in school because of all people, they were the ones who deserved some time out. I'm thinking of another getaway maybe next month because I can't wait for another escapade. I guess I can be forgiven for ambushing these people (since they can't deny that they had fun)!

TGIF: Catching Up

I guess that these are some fun stuff a CoEd would be missing when the back is finally turned against the halls of uni. Although I was running late to meet Mich and JC, we still had fun going around and then finally wind down for coffee after checking out a shop in front of uni. I scored a really cool top in mint green and I was just telling Mich how excited I am to post another look in my compilation for it.

This is what the Friday dawn sky looked like from the window of our dining room.

I tried yet another DIY nails with red and gold glitter inspired by the colours of Chinese New Year. Hopefully by then I could be ready. What do you think?

Caught up with Mich...

And JC...

This is JC's Sola Raspberry Iced Tea which I tried and turned out to be yummy...

And my mochaccino... Funny how we can exchange baked goods in a bakeshop and just order coffee...

And Mich liked the doily-like wallpaper here.

This is just the right way to end a busy week, chatting with friends and scoring cool new accessories and new additions for new look posts.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Starry Denim on Aztec

Finally! I have time to rest, blog and catch up!

I was so excited and happy that I finally met up with my long time friends from high school last weekend, even if there were three who were absent, I cheerfully brought my delayed and wrapped Christmas presents to share with them. Even I can't believe that it's been over a decade of friendship! I am just uber happy that we got to bond again.

In the meantime, my packages from Adah Belle arrived, and I got to assemble a summer ready outfit! Perhaps it is a sign of excitement for the summer days to arrive? I just liked how it came together though. Do show me some love at the bottom of this post! Have a fab day followers! =D

And whole body shot in the basement, lol. Just shows how comfy I am walking around barefooted...

I like the details on this top and maybe there will be more posts of this soon...
